New exhibition about research and researchers

Our exhibition about research and life as a researcher opens 8 October when Jens Christian Skou would have been 100 years old.

The new exhibition at the Steno Museum about research and researchers centres on the Nobel Laureate Jens Christian Skou (1918-2018) and life as a scientist.

The exhibition offers an insight into life as a scientist and the importance of science in the Danish society.

Besides Jens Christian Skou, the exhibition is going to include six other Danish researchers.

On the opening day of the exhibition, the Department of Biomedicine inaugurates ‘The Skou Building’, a new building complex just a stone’s throw from the Steno Museum.

NB To make room for the new exhibition, the former medical history exhibition is closed from 3 May 2018.
