Canary Island foxglove is only found on the Canary Islands. Its natural habitat is the evergreen and biodiverse laurel forests that are found where the wind carries plenty of rain and fog from the sea.
The plant is evergreen with beautiful golden apricot-coloured flowers that can be seen from mid-spring to autumn. The prolonged flowering period is one of the reasons that Canary Island foxglove is frequently grown as an ornamental plant, also outside the Canary Islands
