PRACTICAL INFORMATION
A successful visit
- Book well in advance, at least 14 days before a visit - even if you are walking around yourself.
- Let us know what the students have prepared and how the visit will be processed afterwards. We would like to adapt our workshops to your learning needs.
- Prepare the students for the museum visit and help them stay focused during the visit.
Prices
- Workshop, guided tour, or Planetarium show in 1 hour: DKK 475.
- Workshop or guided tour of 2 hours: DKK 675.
Cancellation
Cancellation without charge must be made at least 3 working days before a visit. In case of later cancellation, there is a fee of DKK 500.

There is free parking at the museum for bicycles, cars, and buses.
Food and drinks
At the Steno Museum, it is possible to enjoy food in the foyer or in the medical herb garden, if the weather allows it. It is also possible to buy cold and hot drinks.
Shopping
It is possible to buy small souvenirs and ice cream in the Steno Museum's shop.
Free Wi-Fi
The students can use the museum's wireless network for teaching purposes. The teacher can obtain a username and password for the students at the reception.

There is paid parking for cars and buses at Poppelpladsen by the Greenhouses.
Food and drinks
In the Greenhouses, there is a lunch area on the 1st floor with room for a class. The cafe in the Greenhouses sells light meals, sandwiches, and drinks.
Shopping
It is possible to buy small souvenirs and ice cream in the cafe.
Free Wi-Fi
The students can use the wireless network in the Greenhouses. Ask for a password in the store.

It is not possible to buy food and drinks but food and drinks may be consumed outside the observatory.
Shopping
At the Ole Rømer Observatory, there is no shop and no opportunity to use pocket money.
