Periskia in bloom
There are around 20 species of Pereskia, commonly known as rose cacti in Danish.
At first glance, it doesn't resemble a typical cactus, for example, it has leaves instead of succulent stems. However, upon closer inspection, you'll notice clusters of spines tightly packed together on small pads, similar to the structure of flowers found in other cacti. Watch it bloom in this time-lapse.
