Explore the night sky in the Planetarium!

Visit the Planetarium and learn more about the seasonal night sky and the stars, constellations, planets and galaxies visible on the day of your visit. Whether you're passionate about astronomy or just want to admire the beautiful stars and planets, join us for a live show in our unique Planetarium. Here, you'll be provided with facts and stories while we guide you on a tour under the stars.

Sit back in the comfortable seats and experience the cosmos up close.

The Planetarium is a circular multimedia room with space for 57 persons. The ceiling of the auditorium is a hemisphere measuring 11 metres in diameter.

Suitable for ages 6 and up.

Normal showtimes at the Planetarium:

  • Weekdays (except Mondays): By appointment only.
  • Saturdays, Sundays and holidays at 12.00 and 14.00 (in Danish)
  • Special opening hours during autumn break (week 42), winter break (week 7) and summer break (week 27 to week 32). Please note that these presentations are held in Danish.


Regular presentations on weekends and holidays (in Danish):

  • DKK 30 when entrance fee is paid. Tickets are purchased at the entrance and cannot be pre-booked. 

Private presentations (in English)

  • Weekdays: DKK 475 when entrance fee is paid (except Mondays).
  • Weekends: DKK 575 when entrance fee is paid.
